As a result of the continued growth within the company, we are looking for an Office Administrator. This position is responsible for accounting and administrative functions required for financial management and human resources.
Duties
· Inputting of Invoices / Purchases / Receipts
· Issuing of Invoices
· Statements & Chasing Payments
· Remittances
· Work Salary Hours
· Deposits
· Shireburn Indigo Reporting
· Administration work
· Contracts of Employees
Requirements
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
· Interpersonal with good communicative skills
· Proficient in SAGE
· Proficient in Shireburn Indigo
· Previous practical Accounting experience is considered an asset, but not a necessity.
· Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely fashion.
· Good organization skills and attention to detail
